Honeywell’s culture globally is pushy, pay minimum on everything, use staff but pretend they care. They also run a pathetic matrix management culture with low team work and morale. Probably one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. They are not a brand just a faceless, cold entity driven by greed.
Does Honeywell employ experienced Administrators with a view to train them in a sector they wish to build a career in? such as Business Development?
NO. Training is none existent at Honeywell. They instead just blame people when they struggle in roles.
Does Honeywell require pre-employment background checks? What kind of background check does Honeywell do and how long does it take to complete?
