No support from management, very poor pay, cutting and change of hours to their convenience with no regard to our personal lives. Expectation of working weekends and bank holidays on minimum wage. Team members get done for taking longer breaks or not enough effort, management get paid twice the amount for half the amount of effort, they take as long as they want and as many breaks as they like.
