The only guaranteed day off you get is Christmas Day. Still open Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and you usually have to work at least one of those, unless you get taken for a mug and work either 3 or all of them. You'll also never finish on time because it is so busy you can never get any work done. They don't allow you to take any time off in November or December so don't make any plans because chances are you won't be get the time off to go to them.

16, over 18 would be better just because you wont be able to sell products to over 18's (will need to call a manager every time), also wage is better over 21 to be hoenst.

Very poor was my findings, Being able to manage people needs more than just a job title. The lead sales, managers are really just Kids who get the jobs not by hard work and being clever but by sucking up to the right people. Really I would recommend a job with another retailer rather than this bunch of fools. I should have read the reviews before going there, boy was that a mistake
