Hologic Employee Reviews for Facilities Technician

I worked in the Facilities department for two years. It was the worst company and culture I have ever worked for. I was bullied by my manager he has no idea how to demonstrate leadership and motivational skills, two key areas all managers and those above employees should be capable of. I raised detailed specific complaints to HR, HR cherry picked those it wished to address omitting the rest, ultimately HR & Management closed ranks as it appeared HR was only there to protect managers. Ultimately I resigned as I can't work with a company that requires "Yes men" in preference to commitment, hard work and the desire to work correctly as opposed to how things appear. I received no training... I would encourage others to leave if you feel like just a number as there is a whole world out there and conditions are better
