The best call centre atmosphere I've worked in, managers are always helpful and supportive, but don't expect to advance anytime soon - a complex and convoluted application process, lengthy processing times for applications, and a suspiciously high occurrence rate of cronyism means you can be stuck at the lowest grade for a long time.
