I intend to leave because Senior management is not in touch with reality and implements ideas without consultation from the front line operatives as to the ideas functionality. The current culture is one of acute stress, poor senior management, crisis management, ill fitting regimes, no consistency insufficient staffing levels, out of date salary,poor work life balance and increased violence.
