The interviews are the hardest I've ever had. They work by you giving examples of your prowess in 5 or 6 "compentences". There is a strict marking system in place and you must stick to what you said in your written application

Sort out the pay discrepancy with other government departments.
Invest in proper management training
Lack of career progression in most parts of the country - this is still a "job for life" for a lot of people. There is definitely an aging workforce.

25 days but you are never allowed to take it as they are always “too busy”.
