The working hours can flex with our managers discretion however do tend to sit around working 9-5 with remote working opportunities where possible
Each role comes with its own requirements and our managers are happy to discuss flexible working at interview stage
Make sure you google research the STAR interview method/technique. They will look out for this.
You'll be asked at least 3 competency based questions answer these the best you can make sure to mention yourself a lot for example " I did this to achieve the outcome" never talk as a group for example "when we did this" they don't want to know about other people they want to see how "YOU" as a person will be in a team and alone on your own two feet. Definitely look up the STAR method! this will help for a lot of insurance/financial type interviews.
Initally I applied online through their refer-a-friend scheme and I then had a telephone interview with one of my now colleagues. I was then put through to psychometric testing and this was then followed up with a request for a face to face interview. I had two interviews - a general and a technical. These interviews were back-to-back.
