Your first interview will be over the phone...be prepared.
When invited to second Interview, research the company and make notes. Write down questions to ask at the end. If they have not been answered during the interview then ask
You are also required to carry out an aptitude test which is done online. Make sure you read the instructions and do it at a time when you will not be disturbed and not tired. It is not a test of speed, don't expect to complete them all and move on to the next question if you are unsure. Don't ask friends and family or it will slow you down and it is YOUR test. You can also go back to any missed questions if you have time.
You may be turned down for the job you originally applied for but if you interview well etc. they will find a fit for you in the company. I had 3 interviews as they recognised my talent and kept moving me up the levels and different departments. This is because they want you in the right role for my skills so you don't get bored and leave - No square pegs for round holes here!
