Before I started I was told it was 3 days (9 hours) of shadowing but only paid for 2 days (6 hours)
Some days I only work 6 hrs but spend 4-5hrs travelling so 10-5hr day but 6hrs pay. Also some calls it takes longer to get there 1-5hr round trip for 30 minutes call so more spent on fuel and trace time than you earn
Made to work alternating weekends sometimes causing you to work well over hrs agreed - for me nearly double the hours with working weekends. You don’t earn extra for weekends just public holidays but it tends to be long term or office staff that cover those
