As a full-time or part-time care assistant, you can choose days or times you’re available to work on a regular basis.
As a live-in carer, your placements, usually a minimum of two weeks, are flexible and built around the needs of the customer. Many live-in carers choose to work weeks at a time and then enjoy a couple of weeks off. Again, you can tell us your availability and we can work around that.
You literally get sent anywhere they want to put you. I was put so much further than my area and they couldn't of cared less.
