Stay far far away from this company , absolute joke , make you go in for a induction and promise you a start date then you may get a shift or two then your sat on your backside for the next 7 weeks , get sent a contract saying your wage will be 8 pounds an hour then when you check your payslip your on 7.50, left this joke of an agency 2months ago and they still haven’t given me my holiday pay

They are a bunch of ignorant fools. I literally do want to complain but no point as it won't go no where and they won't even be bothered lol. They don't want to even answer my phone calls. I literally phoned them 16 times in the space of 6 hours for two days and also left a voicemail and still got no call back.

Yes . They are awful. I'm guessing the no comment is clearly someone at Heads. The language sounds very defensive and a bit suspiciously like the company line.
Avoid like the plague.
