Yes . They are awful. I'm guessing the no comment is clearly someone at Heads. The language sounds very defensive and a bit suspiciously like the company line.
Avoid like the plague.

No. What ppl need to remember is the agency are employed by companies, you in turn, by the agency. As your employer, reliability it the key for any position. I worked for Heads a little over 3 yrs ago, I was at a long term placement and when it went quiet I fulfilled another placement for 4wks before being ask for by original company. In the space of 12mnths I think I wasn't working for about 2 wks. If I had problems my reps were only a call away. I fulfilled my contract with Heads and gained secure, full time employment.

Employers give feedback on agency workers' attitude too. If you pull your weight, prove reliable and punctual, you shouldn't have a problem.

I'd highly recommend joining this Agency, I've put forward family members who have gained full time employment after 3 months with Heads. Good luck 🤞
