There are two interview stages, the first being either a phone or video interview, and the second being face to face. I, myself, did the video interview, in which I had to record myself answering specific questions on a time limit. I was then contacted and asked to attend a face to face interview. I was told the interview would be 1.5 to 2 hours, which it was. There were several tests to ensure you are good at listening, and for the employers to understand the type of person you are, but they made the interview interesting and fun.

Reasonable working hours, as a full time employee, after passing probation, the latest I work is 7pm and I never work weekends. The working day is 8.5 hours with a 50 minute lunch, and two 15 minute breaks. The longest you will be on the phone at a time is 2.5 hours. Before passing probation you have to work the occasional weekend, and sometimes you have to work until 9pm, although this is very rare. If you are a part time employee, you will have to work evenings and weekends.
