Day-to-day duties included answering inbound calls, making changes, renewing and cancelling policies.
Training room learning was very good. The main issue was a serious difference in what trainers knew and taught and what actually you learn on the floor. The difference was jarring and I sometimes wondered why we taught some things because they - more... were irrelevant when we came out training.
