Not a good place to work
Kitchen Assistant (Former Employee) –  Northampton10 July 2019
Starting my job I didn't get any breaks so I was on my feet for hours, Up to now I am still having issues with my first pay check which I should have gotten weeks ago but I have only gotten half of it. The managers do not care about your personal life or you, they just expect you to work work work.
Cons
Very low pay and no breaks

Front of House Assistant (Current Employee) –  Northampton4 July 2017
getting moaned at all day, doing everyone else's work and yours as well, managers don't sort rota's out, always the last minute to know what I'm working that week, floor is very slippy everyone falls, slips and hurts them self, always running out out green napkins and toilet paper and blue roll, not enough front of house staff as hardly anyone is on the rota for that week,
Pros
fight to get a break

stupid hours late nights

Enjoyable, rewarding and a great team
Waiter (Current Employee) –  Northampton, ENG13 August 2014
A typical day at work can be having a lot of laughs but feeling the pressure when the restaurant gets busy, but don't let this worry you as your great team will be there to help you and give you the support you need. The hardest part of the job is being able to cope with the pressure of turning your tables over and making sure you are giving the best guest satisfaction you can as well as well as making sure you are running food, drinks and having a great time. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with a great team who are fun and always up for a laugh on shift.
