Several questions are asked on a application form and then taken to the Civic Centre to be looked over by the HR team. They are then passed to the hiring department who will not be able to see any personal details and will make a decision based on their application. if you are invited to an interview this will be conducted by the managers at the relevant department. If you are accepted for the job they will contact you with the offer and advise of the start date,
