Temp Chef (Former Employee) – London – 7 December 2018
it is a safe, famous, and extremely clean place. The foods they produce are 100% fresh. everything is produced there from the root, sympathy and good service to the public is the number one factor, all employees are informed about this and all of them follow the same pattern.

Analyst (Former Employee) – London – 25 November 2018
Slave labour! Offered a £19k salary and expected to do Data Analyst type work! Not only that but they expected me to pick up duties way above the job spec and would not consider increasing the salary when I pointed this out.
I ended up quitting as I did not agree being taken advantage of, especially by an evil company that abuses animals and has a turnover of over £1billion a year.
Hostess/Waitress (Current Employee) – 2 floor – 12 November 2018
Harrods is a very important company which gives a lot of benefits. The work time is amazing till 9 pm and sunday 6pm. The company charges the employees for a disgusting meal but for the rest Harrods is still a good and prestigious company
Hard working but interesting and challenging roles.

Customer Care Assistant (Part-Time) (Former Employee) – London – 21 September 2018
It was fun working in Harrods. You got a special coupons to get special price for products. You met a lot of famous and rich people. The management team was kind and friendly. It was a multi cultural work place which was fun to get to know staff from different countries and speak different languages.
Store Detective (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 14 September 2018
Too political. Who you know, not what you know. Brown nose to get anywhere. Upside is you meet a good bunch of people. Downside is you'll never get anywhere if you're under an insecure boss. There are quite a few of them.
Good place to work although changes have affected the atmosphere.
Dept Manager (Former Employee) – Thatcham – 31 August 2018
Would recommend the DC for newbies wishing to enter the world of Distribution. Harrods is a very good employer and generally looks after its people. Changes over the last few years have bought in a different feeling into the DC.
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) – Knightsbridge, Greater London – 6 August 2018
worked in various areas of harrods,
mainly okay to work in if you like fashion, poor managers very rude and arrogant. very busy at times and then mostly it is very quiet which can get very boring and dull. people would die for commission and trample all over you to get this.
