We strongly believe in “growing our own”, we place regular internal vacancies and have development programmes for those who want to progress their careers. Some of our Managers were once Apprentices with us, and many of our Supply staff get offered full time contracts.

Our dedicated childcare and education team invest heavily in equipment each year to ensure our high quality is retained.
Happy Days offers free statutory training such as Paediatric First aid to all our practitioners, we also offer many other internal and external training opportunities, from Safeguarding through to current research on best practice.

All new staff receive a set of free uniform.
7. Holiday: length of service
Happy Days offers additional day’s holidays with length of service, we also close over Christmas, so you will never have to work a Christmas Eve or Christmas Day again!
