It’s quite frankly all over the pass, I was interviewed by a supposedly senior nurse but she was nervous and unsure of what some of the questions meant, I was interviewed in a cupboard room with no ventilation, it was all very odd and unprofessional
Very disorganised and full of false promises. The interviewer didn’t look like they knew what they were doing and could barely read the questions.
Applied twice to this company.. filled out application forms even had a intreview.. no contact for weeks..by the time I received a call back I was employed in a new job and in care that can take weeks.
They describe a fantasy to you and then offer you a job so they can try you out. If you do not "fit" they will end your employment with immediate effect using the probationary period.
Long and full of false promises
