So far i applied online and the next day i recieved a email telling me book a phone interview so i did for 10am and they called, not long after i recieved another email and they wanted me go face to face interview so i chose a date for 4 days later however my car got bumped into so i rang them and they understood about it and was able rebook but youll speak to the manager and then go on the shop floor interact with a few customers and it goes from there.

There isn't one. Half the time they simply have a telephone interview & give you the job there & then. The branch manager has zero input into the process & is only made aware when the new recruit turns up on their start date.
