Depends on your role. As a relationship manager you can find yourself working a lot of overtime without any acknowledgement. Other roles are quite flexible from what I hear.

There are lots of different shift patterns. Some fixed, some rolling and they also have compressed. Compressed shifts mean you work 3 days one week and 4 the next but still work full time. Good days off.
