Have more training regarding mental health. A lot of sales advisers feel they can't say anything regarding their struggles and when they do, management just care about it being a "liability" as opposed to the actual welfare of the person. I've honestly never felt more down in my life than at this job.

I got offered an interview via email, which stated it can last approximately two hours, so I assumed it was a group interview. There was only about 6 of us which (when there was meant to be about 25). Firstly we had to create a poster and list what makes a good sale associate in pairs and then present to the rest our answers to the rest of the group. Then we did a little breather and went round the group (including both managers) something that we were excited for. After this we were taken one by one to have our own interview, where they just asked questions like what do you know about the job role, why do you want to work for H&M, have you got another job, etc. It was all very chilled and both managers try to make everyone feel as calm as possible. The whole thing only lasted less than an hour and didn’t really feel like an interview at all, as they seemed to assess our teamwork instead. They are much more interested in your personality than your skills so make sure to stand out!

Usually it would be to apply online, small questionnaire to fill in. Then onto an assessment day, where you go to store and have a group interview with others.
