GVC has been around since 2004, but some of our brands’ histories date back way further. We are home to more than 25 brands, spread across over 20 jurisdictions, and employ more than 24,000 people across five continents.


The Group owns a comprehensive portfolio of established brands; sports brands include bwin, Coral, Crystalbet, Eurobet, Ladbrokes, Neds and Sportingbet; gaming brands include CasinoClub, Foxy, Gala, Gioco Digitale, partypoker and PartyCasino.


On 28th March 2018 GVC completed the acquisition of Ladbrokes Coral Group PLC, the Group’s first move into retail operations. Embracing Ladbrokes’ 134-year and Coral’s 60-year histories, GVC Group now operates over 2,900 stores in the UK.
