What advice would you give the CEO of Guidant Global about how to improve it?

Offer temp staff the chance of a full time contract after 12 weeks continuous employment. The derogated contract is not worth the paper it is printed on in my opinion, as we don't get the same terms as a permanent member of staff after this timescale. To me this is so wrong as your working next to people who are doing the EXACT same job as you are but about £5 or £6 an hour more. Also we didn't get our pay rise this year as other years we have and all in line with JCB, so as you can imagine people are not happy currently and moral is low.
