During my time at GSMA I learnt to multi task selling across a range of products including sponsorship, exhibition space, digital media and leading the delegate sales team. Typical work day was 9-12 hours with a culture to always be "on-line".
Great event - Mobile World Congress was one of the best events I had the pleasure to work on.
Work / Life balance not great and decision making from the senior management team could be very slow
