We give graduates the opportunity to gain industry – more...accredited qualifications through our Development Programme, coupled with direct client experience at some of the UKs most exciting businesses.
Grayce is an inclusive and collaborative company, welcoming high performing, inquisitive individuals.
The Grayce Development Programme
Grayce offers a three year development programme. It’s structured to give you strong foundations for a successful career in business change and transformation. In year one we’ll take you through the fundamentals of change management, while putting you through your paces onsite with clients. In year two you can build your knowledge and technical skills in a range of Project Management disciplines. Plus we’ll also help you develop your leadership and management capability. In year three you will refine your skills, you could develop a specialism and you’ll be well placed to join our growing list of Alumni – the future leaders of change management.
‘My time with Grayce has armed me with a whole portfolio of successful project deliveries in a variety of sectors/project types. The blend of qualifications, structured learning and client experience at Grayce is a huge boost to my career and CV.’ Ian Nelson, Grayce Alumnus.
The Grayce Culture
Grayce is a people business. As a Grayce Analyst you will work with like-minded, ambitious Analysts. Plus, you get to work with an experienced, supportive Management team, there to mentor and guide you as you complete the Development Programme. You’ll get to join in our regular corporate and social events, plus employee initiatives and our popular charity events, as part of our Analyst-led corporate and social responsibility programme.
‘Something I say at interviews for the Development Programme, is how amazing the Grayce team are, as a whole. Working together, helping each other and empowering each other...what an amazing place to work.’ Michelle Clague, Delivery Manager at Grayce
