Like many other organizations, our process is streamlined.
You will either get a telephone call or email from us inviting you for an interview. Pre-interview, you may receive an email from us reminding you to attend.

Usually, there will be an interview panel of 2 hiring managers. In rare cases, for roles such as finance, you may be given a test during your interview.

Post interview, if there isn't a second interview, you will be notified if you were successful or not.

We ask for applications to be submitted online via our careers portal
We will filter through CVs looking for people relevant to the job role advertised.

We can't get back to everyone, but we do try to send an email if you are unsuccessful.

If you are successful, we would invite you for an interview, and send you a calendar invite with requirements, documents, etc.

The interview panel usually consists of 2 hiring managers

Post interview, you will receive a phone call/ email to confirm whether you are successful or not.

Speak to the actual care Assistants about how they feel. They are the ones that are looking after the residents and know how they are feeling. There is no support or help for carers.

Currently, the shifts are 08:00 - 20:00 (Days) or 20:00 - 08:00 (Nights)
Except Autumn Vale where shifts are 07:00 - 19:00 (Days) or 19:00 - 07:00 (Nights)

Full time is a total of 4 days a week, totaling 48 hours a week

You also have the option to work part-time & bank.
