Supportive management and good team spirit
Tenancy Support Worker (Current Employee) –  Blackwood Gwent22 May 2014
A very good company to work for, who fully support their staff. You manage your own timetable of appointments and as long as the work gets done there is little interference from management. There is a high level of trust given to employees, which is refreshing. Training opportunities are excellent and there is a new training timetable produced each year, with the needs of the employees taken into account.

Staff productivity and motivation is excellent and there is a good team environment, with colleagues being friendly and ready to ofer support or advice.
