Look deeper into your services, value your staff. Talk to the little people once in a while and realise that you are not as good an employer as you realise. With some departments making up their own rules and not following GCC contracts or guidelines
I haven't come across this as such.
When I interview, we do ask candidates to do a test and answer a question about prioritising workload. This is role specific and relevant to the particular role. It helps with selection.
