It is a great organisational culture, the company values and respects it staff, developing their staff by offering appropriate training, coaching. Home/life balance is also an important aspect.

This is a long and painful experiance. GSK use First Advantage (outsource provider to does the pre-employment checks), who incidentially will NOT tell you anything or provide updates on the process or progress.
They insist on bank statements and a whole lot of information which is very private.

A long , hard and soul destroying experience.
