Management are a joke.
Unqualified, unskilled and none are ex-drivers.
Consistently plan runs that break the 13 hour contracted maximum.
Assume all drivers can operate under trampers hours rules.
Hourly rate pay rise not honoured for 6 months. Then paid in one lump sum, on which drivers got heavily taxed.
Filthy trailers. Unhygenic. Never washed inside or out.
"Overtime" available, but paid at standard rates.
Huge variation in start times - next shift can start 3 hours earlier than previous one, planned for 13 hours plus.
Job security good, because of high driver turnover, and they are always desperate for drivers.
"Max out" possible on hours worked.
