Awful place to work
Admin (Former Employee) –  Nuneaton8 December 2017
Absolutely awful place to work, expected to work for long hours with no reward or notice of how hard you are working
There is very much a blame culture at the hospital and it’s only a matter of time before they are trying to get you out the door because your face doesn’t fit their model
Very little support or anywhere to progress.

Ward Clerk (Former Employee) –  Nuneaton18 November 2016
Not two days were the same. Expect the unexpected must have good organisation and time managing skills. Be team player and be able to work alone as well. Co-workers range from clerical, midwives, doctors and well as interacting with the public so good communications skills are very important. The hardest part of the job is having a enough time to finish your work. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that your work is helping the department to run smoothly.
Pros
It can quite exciting
Cons
It can be quite sad when things go wrong
