Learn how to talk to staff, progress and promote the 1s who deserve it, don't go round saying people are bringing moral down when in actual fact you are by the moody faces and snide comments which isn't very professional AT ALL!

Hire managers, not mates. Don't resell returned goods as brand new so that my CS staff wouldn't have to endure half as much abuse over the phone.

Operational board and HR make decisions about work and jobs that they have no idea about. Senior management then implement these changes with no challenge because they know they will be forced out of the company like so many others.

By turning right around and finding work literally anywhere else. Aldi will pay you 9/10 quid an hour for non-skilled work.
