The culture that comes from the owner and his "boy's club" of pals in upper management is arrogant and incompetent. Most of them are not there based on professional merit. The company has grown massively but is still run amateurishly. This is a company that has not developed and matured in line with its growth. For any other online company it would be surprising what a joke it's IT security is too.

Listen to the staff lower down, have all management trained in mental health to be able to understand the staffs needs and well being. Fair pay. And less management on power trips, make it fair that other people have progression whilst working there.
