When I started at GatenbySanderson it was discussed that there was a lot of room for progression and opportunity's to earn more money. I am very interested in trying to earn more money and of course progressing in my career. I now feel that GatenbySanderson can not offer me this opportunity and so I am looking at other options.
Managers do not offer any kind of support and are completely untrustworthy. There is a discreet bullying policy where you get pushed out of you do not want to share your work life with your personal life.
I've worked at GS for almost 2 years now and thoroughly enjoy the family feel to the business. Although it's growing at quite a pace, it still feels very personal. The Chief Exec knows everyone's name and we have a great HR leader in post to make sure our development is looked after.
