Be honest with employees, support your employees with problems whilst working for clients, sort out pay issues so there isn’t any to begin with. Also get new staff at the stoke branch

More Training and onsite visits. Return calls more frequent than they currently are.
I would pay employees more to keep hold of them cause there’s factory’s needing workers and they can’t get them, because there not getting paid enough, working next to other staff who are full timers who are getting 2/3 pound an hour extra and getting shift allowance!!!! THIS NEEDS SORTING ASAP !!!!
