School Catering Assistant (Former Employee) –  London17 February 2019
School catering assistant (also known as School Meal Supervisory Assistants) are those who supervise the activities of children during mealtime. Dinner ladies assist the children in the dining area, supervise the kitchen work, and keep an eye on the younger children to make sure that they are eating their lunch.
It was a rewarding job.

I didn't feel that management were on top of their game.
SEN Teacher for Autism (Former Employee) –  Stratford6 June 2017
Inner London weighting.

A very mixed community

Too many teaching assistants who lacked professionalism.

Transparent nepostistic practices with more than 26 members of staff related to one another and with tendencies to gang up on those they did not like.

Unworkable school ethos.
Pros
The children were fantastic. They were thirsty for learning.
Cons
Nepotism and racism.
