I felt like there was a higher-achy in the shop I was in which was a uncomfortable environment to work in.

Area Managers were very unprofessional, never knew where you stood, they would try to get friends in on a whim and conspire to our staff for it to happen!

Thanks for the question! Our process is that we ask candidates to apply online and then the next stages would be an experience shift and structured interview with a Bakery Manager. Slightly different for management - we'd ask them still to apply online but then have a telephone interview with the lovely Recruitment Team and go from there, with a potential experience shift and interview with an Ops Manager.

You need to have at least some knowledge of coffee. You will then attend few training.
Overall the training are good
