P&L Responsibility, overseeing Financial Management, Setting the business strategy for Channel Islands Business. Running a portfolio of circa £22m with circa 600 staff across three islands looking after six diverse business streams Including Security Services, Cash Services, Cleaning Services, Secure Storage & Destruction, Alarm & CCTV Division, Locksmiths, Fire Extinguishers & FM services (Electrical, Plumbing, CAD HvAC)

During my time in the Channel Islands, I accomplished significant business challenges associated with the management of a portfolio, valued at over £22M with circa 600 staff across three Channel Islands. This was an interim position until a new Island-based MD was sourced

Unsupportive dangerous environment
Secure Care Officer (Former Employee) –  Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire5 December 2019
I would not recommend being a Secure Care Officer to anybody. Management are unsupportive and uncaring. The day to day job is honestly very dangerous.
