Had a successful interview with them in April 2017 and now do occasional Hospitality Stewarding work at Edgbaston Cricket Ground. For interview I dressed in a suit and tie and clean shoes and took all my documents in a tidy folder. Doesn't have to be anything flash, but better than a scruffy envelope. Questions included, What do you know about G4S? What do you understand about good/poor customer service? What do you think the role might involve? Lots of people were there at the same time as me. Stand out. Be articulate, punctual, look interested... After the interview, I was emailed to say I had been selected (at interview) for a possible blazer/white shirt role. This is what I now do: Hospitality Steward.

If you are preparing for an interview for an SIA role, full documentation is a must. I do believe that you will be emailed an extensive list of required documents, once your interview has been setup.

As for the interview itself, knowing your CV content is an obvious necessity, just as in any other job. Showing you know your CV (skills/qualifications/experience) shows a number of things you are committed to the job, and that you are aware as an individual - both of which will be a hand to play in the interview.
