Avoid, you will never be paid for the hours you do. Management and head office acts like a secret organisation and you will be forced to speed clean so in a few hour shift you will be doing 6 hours of work. Hard labour for no gain not even a proper pay check.

Treat the cleaning staff as valued human beings.Valued employees.Better Pay.Pay sick pay.Be conscientious & far more supportive towards the cleaners.Back the cleaners properly, regarding acceptable workplace conditions.
