Assitant manager (Former Employee) – yeovil – 24 June 2019
Great fun on a daily basis but for management the top bosses make impossible demands with no thought of the staff or the consequences of keeping the guests happy, labour cuts, tight portion controls made the staff knackered and the food look not worth the money. Shame as the company put a lot of effort in to using fresh produce but don't use it to its advantage.
Chef (Former Employee) – Portsmouth – 17 August 2019
Frank and bennys gunwarf went there to work is a good place with bad people working in the kitchen they speak with you very badly I can use different words to describe... is no point to apply for this job kitchen is 98% portuguese and some pf these lads are very rude and think they are the best chefs in the world working in the fastfood industry lolol avoid this place to work
Waitress (Part-Time) (Former Employee) – Derby – 19 June 2019
Rude manager. Ridiculous hours in the AM. Not regular transport links. No sign in/out sheet have to ask, so hours worked not regulated. Other waiting staff not welcoming or helpful. Bad vibes and no support. Free food is horrible. AVOID!!
Chef/Cook (Former Employee) – Ayr, South Ayrshire – 17 August 2017
When I started I really enjoyed the job for the first 8 months or so then cutbacks and poor management with hours being cut or changed on short notice being a constant drain on employees. Front of house and Kitchen staff both mostly friendly but certain individuals would lack and rely on others too often
General Manager (Current Employee) – London, Greater London – 12 January 2017
The company as a whole is great we do a lot of in house training and staff are like family sales are stong and l4l is good,I just feel its time to move on and who ever takes over would be very great full of the team i have left behind,Theres only so many discounts and money off vouchers a company can do before you start to think that something is wrong and there might be a take over in the air
