I worked at Frankie and Benny's for a number of months, and the shifts I was given were relatively consistent. As a busy restaurant, an average day is hard work but made easier by a pleasant team of staff.

If you weren’t in the management circle they wouldn’t give you time of day. During peak timing the management would drop everything to go for a cigarette leaving customers annoyed which wasn’t their fault. No proper training given but was quick to tell you what you aren’t doing well. A lot of politics within this store and a big divide between chefs and FOH staff and I witnessed a lot of arguements on shift
