I felt extremely nervous when I sent my application. Yet I was totally astonished just how quick the reply was by phone then I was sent email to fill out a few extra forms and information. Then I went to the interview the manager was brilliant and put me at ease quickly the questions were not difficult and were basic about the job of a carers assistant. I was given the answer there and then that I'd got the job. I was so surprised and happy. Great atmosphere and lovely staff warm and friendly.

Yes you can
BUT you have to work over a certain amount of hours monthly to get OT rate info you’re pay - what I will suggest if a manager is stuck and asks you to work a LD ask for OT rate on that day or enhanced rate this can be done (make sure admin) changes it for you on payroll :)
