Good people, poor management, poor IT infrastructure making most tasks much harder than needed. The main system used is from the 80's and its up to the task. Element of 'forced' fun.
Answered 30 January 2020A lot of energy was placed on having a "fun" approach to working, however, I believe that this could distract from the serious nature of the job (working in a bank!). More energy should be placed on adequate, ongoing, creative support from management.
