Personal Assistant & Divisional Administrator (Current Employee) – London – 13 September 2018
The FCA in general has a relaxed and friendly environment in addition to focusing on each individuals needs and requirements for a balanced and healthy work life. This is one of the reasons I enjoy working at the FCA as they are highly supportive in ways of working/flexible working. It is important each individual can benefit from flexible working to suit life at home too.
I do however feel that the FCA aren't particularly rewarding to their staff. We have good benefits but in general the social side to work, getting together as a company or even down to divisions are limited. The rewards are very basic and I do not believe staff are praised enough for the positive.
Administrator (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 21 August 2018
having spent 6 months there it was worse place I have worked, management had no clue as to whats going on and hardly around to ask questions. no career path or progression. senior managers seem content keeping staff in their positions for long as possible
Associate (Current Employee) – London – 20 March 2014
Overall the company is good. The holidays are great as you can carry forward lots of days and buy more with your flexible benefits. The only issue is SLT not being honest with their staff, lying about why changes need to happen when the staff know exactly why.
Team Administrator (Former Employee) – Canary Wharf – 10 July 2013
It is a professional fun filled environment. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. The work load is always ndone on time as it is a company with integrity and they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. I learnt alot from there and the opportuhnities for continuos growth are nplenty.
