each day different
financial constraints make support difficult for management to implement good effective timetabling for pupils in need of support. Good pay, pension and benefits. On whole everyone does their best for the pupils.

Rewarding
I work in a DAS in a high school and find the role very rewarding. There are good days and not so good days but overall I enjoy my job. The staff are excellent and the pupils a joy to be around (mostly).
