Very friendly and helpful staff.

The culture of learning is mainly positive but can take time to process. I was fortunate in being part of a fantastic team who really did support each other.

Culture of team work amongst managers has remained strong despite significant change over the last 8 years. Corporate Management Team need to be more connected to senior managers in order to understand the challenges and provide required support.

Local Government is a challenging place to work in, but if you're up for a challenge, it is ideal!

Work can vary from day to day, and is never dull, so plenty to keep you interested
