Dress clean and tidy, be prepared to know a lot about the company and their plans. Ask lots of relevant questions.
Abuse of position by senior sales management, who are given fee reign by MD's to blatantly enforce double standards across the team in measuring both KPI performance and Disciplinary policies. This is a very toxic and cliquey team, and if you refuse to lick b.u.tt you will be singled out and bullied relentlessly by a very insecure and incompetent sales management team who all refuse to take ownership of any employees who are in need of genuine help. There is daily instances of gross misconduct and verbal abuse, which I have never witnessed in any workplace ever! The managemt team structure needs re-training and replacing from the top down.
What would you suggest FedEx Express management do to prevent others from leaving?
They are too narrow minded and spineless to listen to the real needs of their staff. are only concerned in preserving their own corporate "image" to the board and covering their own skin! place has a worrying high churn rate for such a small team and that should tell any prospective applicant alot! There is massive amounts of toxicity created by a clique of a few team members who the team leaders choose to cowrie to and are happy to tolerate at the expense of overall team happiness. Advice will be to avoid applying for any Sales role at FedEx Express and look for other positions within the company.
