Ambulance Care Assistant (Former Employee) – Shrewsbury, Shropshire – 18 July 2018
The job itself is amazing, BUT, it's by far the WORST company I have had the misfortune to work for. The management are a joke. If you stand up for yourself you are targeted. Favouritism and victimisation is rife. You're expected to work without a break and beyond your contracted working time. As for your health and mental wellbeing, forget it.

Pts Driver (Former Employee) – Bow, Greater London – 16 May 2019
This company pays poor wages you could earn more delivery pizza then working here. Poor Management and organisation they expect you to work long hours they don't provide any help or support. People in the management role are unfriendly stuck up and look down on you. Majority of frontline staff are treated like poor no respect. No progression they keep you where you are if your from a ethnic background. As a driver they provide you with poor standard vehicle always breaking down. Cannot spend money on providing better fleet expect you to work in poor condition cars. Management roles are predominantly are given to white people rather then ethnic backgroud which is strange for company that operate in all over the world.

A few people on here having a moan because they couldn’t meet the standards the business expects. In truth an amazing professional business - one of the largest ambulance business in the world. Really progressive and setting new standards in the UK. Really going some where - i’d Get on board now - don’t miss the opportunity .
