Employ senior management who understand your business. Too many 'sales' based managers across the business focused entirely on revenue above all else. As a result Experian lacks a cohesive strategy, investment road maps, etc. Used to be a great and innovative company until flotation when greed took over.Answered 28 November 2019

Call centre gets Christmas day, boxing day and new year off.
Bank holidays are weekend hours, you want them off you have to book them off .Answered 31 March 2019
